:wave: Hey there, as we discussed on our last meeting I successfully implemented and tested the library parameter by samplesheet, now instead of a parameter that's equally applied to all reads we can have different library names for each sample using the standard samplesheet.
I took time to update the example samplesheet and the test samplesheet so we can have an example of how the overall look would be.
I'd like to hear you opinion on those changes and request for a 10 samples test before the complete merge as my computer wasn't able to run the full test version.
