[Bug] Manual disable rules not working with option "Disable when triggered -> Reenable .." #413

If I disable some rules manually via the options menu they get reenabled after the specified timeout (e.g. 5 Minutes). This is usefull if they get triggered by the rule but not if I want to manually disable them.

disable renable option
