onetime reset file execution on startup

For now, on MyController startup, we have only a password reset option.

The following option will be useful,

• purge sensor data [ ] - all [ ] - sensor [ ] - node [ ] - gateway
• reset battery data [ ] - all [ ] - node
• reset password [ ] - user/password
