Description

This PR fixes the issue to fetch cookbook on the landing page

How Has This Been Tested?

I updated the reportit test file to ensure that the cookbook recipee are fetched on the landing page

@captainPrime There's merge conflict, kindly resolve. When the e2e PR is merged, please rebase this PR against the base branch again and ensure the code is covered in test.
