Issue #1

What does this PR do?

It implements a reusable image upload component
It implements a file upload service, this services uses S3 adapter by default for file uploads but can be easily swapped to use any adapter as long as they adhere to the common interface

@KayceeSamuel you left out the aws-sdk package from the package.json file, kindly add it

Also, when you are done resolving the conflicts, before pushing up the changes, kindly use the upload component inside the Cookbook and Recipe components. You can undo the changes made to Developers component, no change is required there.
