XText currently adds the XText nature to a projects and changes to any XText
based resource results in running the builder for everything which can be
pretty slow when you have lots of unrelated XText stuff in the same workspace.

that i think we should try implementing.
PS - As I understand it, this Nature would co-exist with the XText nature.
