Markers from protoc are added to wrong files #54

protoc compiles more than one file, even if specified to compile on only. I 
think this is done due to imports.

protobuf-dt is not reading the output of protoc correctly, and it is adding 
markers to the current file in the editor, and not the one that protoc 
indicates.
