What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Call the shell properties dialog from a Shell List Control added to
SysControls Demo.

What is the expected output? 
A completely themed dialog

What do you see instead?
See attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Version
Windows 8.1
