The PR adds basic add record screen and example code for scanning QR barcodes. I misunderstood where we should add the barcode scanner and so we can reuse the code for the delegate path.
I'm not happy how things like 'basic heart' and 'genetic' are all over the place, but I'm pushing my changes now and we'll refactor and cleanup later.
