Adding a toggle to SharedRecordsScreen.js #27

Andy and I talked about the Shared Records page some more and agree that the toggle option is a good approach for handling the Shared Records page.

Since it's such an important screen to the app, it's worth slowing things down a bit to implement that toggle option for the Shared Records page where the user sees both types (who I shared with and who shared with me) in this iteration, with the default view showing the people who I've shared with.
