Cannot toggle between "My records" and "Settings"

1)

To reproduce:

• add a record via simulator: "choose from photo library"
• click on "Settings" tab
• try to click on "My records" tab

Expected:

• you get back to the "My records" screen

Observed:

• "My records" tab is disabled

2)

To reproduce:

• go to "settings" and change something minor
• click on "My records" without pressing the "back" button
• try to click on "settings" tab again

Expected:

• get back to the "settings" screen

Observed

• "settings" tab is disabled
