There is a QR code scanner in the "add record" flow, but it should just be a QR code display (reuse the one from the "Shared Records" screen.
The QR code scanner is needed in the "Delegate Record" flow, where it will instruct the user to "scan the QR code of the user to whom you wish to delegate access". Maybe there should be a field to enter an address manually as well.
