Fix: Pseudo-Finalize DB schema so that we can eventually start deploying documents. #79

Currently the DB schema is changing a lot with new releases: However, every time the schema's are changed you need to undergo a somewhat annoying process of migrating the data from the old dataset to the new dataset. So we should probably talk through what the best schema's are and then try to leave them unchanged for 2-5 months.
