The point has always been to open source this, but getting the right license has been difficult.

But it looks like:

CC-BY-SA for the style (changes come back if published)
CC-BY (not SA) for template (because explicitly filled-in templates should not require sharing - and especially the card created shouldn't require sharing of the source, to "fake" a card under their name)
CC-BY-NC-ND for my filled-in templates and the PDF cards

works appropriately.

With the change I put in the decision for licensing, but probably haven't made them absolutely correct (no links to actual license, etc.)

Probably should add the license link explicitly to the files, because there are different licenses for style file and templates.

Moving my cards out of this project clears up this issue. Need to clean up the README, I guess.
