move mycroft's cards into separate repo. #85

Shouldn't be necessary (except as examples) for people cloning this to get all my filled in cards and PDF files. Shouldn't be necessary for opponents looking for our card to see all the LaTeX nonsense.

created mycroftw/my-cards and moved everything over. Works on laptop. When comfortable, delete here, and close issue.
