Update for Vue 3 #73

Update to work with both Vue 2 and Vue 3. Untested so please test it first, but looks like it should work. When using Vue 3, install with app.use rather than Vue.use.

Hello, thanks for this. I can't merge it to master right away, however, I can make a specific branch for Vue 3. I'll change the base of this PR after that. Thanks.
