Simulator goes beyond balance #118

I did a simulation with 10000 satoshi ... but it goes way beyond this which would not be possible with real crypto.... pls fix!

@mydicebot The error is still persistent through all updates since back then. also the simulator works very slow, like only 1 bet per second.
