Allow comments on records #132

When I was using hand-crafted artisanal zone files to manage my DNS I could put comments in the zone file to remember what all my crazy short domains are for.

It'd be nice if MyDNSHost allowed something similar. Maybe just a text field on the edit page that shows up as an icon with a tooltip when viewing the record?
