适配请求：添加arm64原生或arm64ec构建，以及适配触摸屏操作 #645

1.微软与高通的独占协议已过期，高性能的arm处理器也即将面世，未来woa便携设备将会是高功耗的x86 windows便携设备的强力对手，请问开发者是否有计划构建原生arm64或arm64ec版本？ 2.该软件对触摸操作的支持非常不理想，请问开发者可否为触摸设备适配？

I am using Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx gen3 and really want this project to go further. It's really gonna fighting against arm Apple Silicon

编译arm版本试没有任何问题的，但是steam的SDK没有arm版本，所以目前没还不能编译arm版本的exe，如果去除了steamSDK就没有办法使用创意工坊也不能验证购买了 There is no problem with compiling the arm version to try.,But there is no arm version of the steam SDK.,So there's no exe that can't compile the arm version yet.,If you remove the steamSDK, there's no way to use the workshop and you can't verify the purchase.

那有关触摸适配呢？ 还有是否可以考虑arm64ec构建呢，该模式下可以同时运行arm64与x64代码
