Enhancement: When changing icons, allow using icons from .exe files #763

Presently, when changing the icon of a dock shortcut, the user can only use .png and .ico files.

It would be very convenient if the user could point to a .exe file and the dock shortcut picks up the icon from that file. This functionality is present in Windows desktop and explorer shortcuts, for instance.

I thought about it before, but when I tested it, I thought that after selecting the exe file, the edited icon would become the selected exe
