Different landing page urls for organizations #167

We would like to track what organization each user is affiliated with (or supports) whenever possible. Two channels to differentiate affiliation:

  1. Each representative organization we do outreach with in Fort Collins will have its own landing page URL e.g. church.mydomino.com, highschool.mydomino.com, etc. These landing pages will be identical (same template) in this release, but may be customizable in the future.
  2. Present a list of organizations that we are do outreach with in the login flow. Ask users if they are affiliated with (or support) one of those organizations. (Needs design input)

Per conversation with the client today this will be postponed until post Jan 15. Instead they would like to introduce a static City page for Fort Collins - they will provide the design for this page later this week.
