Capistrano 3 Support #16

Hi any progress on supporting Capistrano 3 ?

Unfortunately I have not yet looked at this. I hope to get to it in the next couple of weeks, time permitting.

As Capistrano 3 is a totally different framework, I'm not sure that "updating this" will really work. I may begin a branch with a new implementation for Capistrano 3.

This is supported in version 1.0.0
