access embedded files / attachments #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a pdf and attach an image inside it or another pdf
2. try to view the embedded image / pdf with APV

What is the expected output? 
a) either in an "attachments tab" or
b) by using a clickable annotation 
What do you see instead?
* unfortunatly nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

There is no support for attachments in our code.  I didn't check if the mupdf 
library includes any.  This is the first I heard that pdfs can have attachments.

Hhhmm, it appears that mupdf calls this "embed"
