Add SLQL oriented database management system #10

Add json, that will contain all data related to account system. Also create simple system to add new JSON data containers.

We will use our database management system that will be based on SOQL - string oriented query language (partially based on SQL standarts)

Oriented date of SOQL management system implementation is february or later. We will support this dms in march or later
