The teaming feature is currently broken in many ways…

[ ] Only works within 20 blocks of the requesting player
[ ] Can’t be spammed (cooldown) only after cancel
[x] Leaving teams
[x] Command for both join and leave
[x] Vanilla teams leave when plugin reloads/map reset
