Dahua VTO2211G-P no event on button press #13

I have a Dahua VTO2211G-P running the latest firmware (2021-11-16 V4.511.0000000.0.R) and the component apparently connects successfully to the device, at least every minute the pulse is successful, but i don't get any event or log when the ring button is pressed. It also doesn't show anything on the call log of the device, even though the voice on the device says it is calling. Also nothing rings on the DMSS app.

Is there anything that i might be doing wrong? Thanks

Log example: 2022-02-11 14:23:06 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.dahua_vto.sensor] >>> {"method":"global.keepAlive","params":{"timeout":60,"action":true},"id":15588,"session":394176402} 2022-02-11 14:23:06 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.dahua_vto.sensor] <<< {"id":15588,"params":{"timeout":60},"result":true,"session":394176402} 2022-02-11 14:23:11 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.dahua_vto.sensor] <<< {"id":3,"method":"client.notifyEventStream","params":{"SID":513,"eventList":[{"Action":"Pulse","Code":"SIPRegisterResult","Data":{"LocaleTime":"2022-02-11 14:22:01","Success":false,"UTC":1644589321.0},"Index":0}]},"session":394176402}

Probably you doesn't enabled SIP server in Network Setting at VTO. Watch video (like this) for basic configuration of VTO and make it's works with DMSS app first (door bell, locks, etc) when come back for this integration setup.

Setup of VTO/VTH is out of the scope of this integration, but you can ask questions in the forum thread, link to which you can find in readme.

Sorry, I know that the setup is out of the scope of the integration, but Dahua doesn't give any support as the doorbell was bought at AlliExpress and i'm going crazy with this.

I tried to follow the tutorial, but i made the mistake of upgrading the firmware and now it doesn't allow me to change the sip server type from "DSS Express/DSS Pro" to anything else. The dropdown is disabled on the web interface and using the Config Tool on windows, it always gets back to DSS Express after a reboot. (and the Config Tool on mac doesn't find the doorbell, as it seems to be incompatible with the newer firmware)

Is there anywhere where i can find older firmwares so that i can try to rollback to older versions? Can't find on the dahua or dahuawiki website.

At Dahua web site at Download -> Firmware section you can see the DH_VTOXXXXD-G_MultiLang_PN_PAAS_SIP_V4.511.0000000.0.R.211116 firmware, this firmware has SIP in the name but probably you already has it installed.

You can also look for older firmware here: ftp://ftp.asm.cz:21/Dahua/videovratni/VTO2211G-P For access FTP use regular FTP client.

On FTP I see the following SIP firmware's: General_VTOXXXXD-G_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.400.0000001.0.R.20200515 General_VTOXXXXD-G_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.500.0000000.8.R.210203.zip DH_VTOXXXXD-G_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.500.0000002.0.R.210812.zip
