fix transparency selection #5

Hey @myinnos, I wasn't able to make the index bar transparent. The indexbarBackgroudAlpha value only got calculated once. This PR should fix this issue and corrects some of the java docs. Kindly Jonas

Some conflits happens while merging your code, please review the merge once! if any mistakes request new pull, i will merge again. please update read me as well. later i will release new version
