Fixed a bug with my login portal on home page. Still only works with any login for Admin only.
Added a different dashboard side-nav once signed into admin. The nav bar will be able to be used anywhere in the admin view.
On ManageVolunteersView updated the view and flow of the data once the DB is working.
Edited CSS file to better work with design.
