manual chart level input is currently a source of song properties that replace magic.

I want to make it so

The input form is more human. For example, have a "+" button that creates a new entry, which will contain song name and level input per difficulty.
The input is cached so user only has to input once.
It is applied on magic, instead of being the only data source.
