Hello Everyone,

I know this is not convenient. However, due to Twitter user privacy, Twitter data can not be shared publically apart from Tweet IDs. Hence, this is necessary to delete the data files with other information rather than tweets IDs. I am requesting everything to delete the older forks (Forked before September 6th, 2020). You are welcome to fork this repository again with newly updated data available right now.

I couldn't able to personally contact all of the users who forked this repository. I personally like to thank you all for forking this repository. I am mentioning the user in this issue so that you can get the notification. Hope you can understand that keeping data publically like this might have different complications. I already removed the data from my repository and I would like all of you to notify this.

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are doing great! I am still waiting to get a response from you all on this issue.

By the end of this week, I am going to delete the original repository that contains the old data. As this dataset was released in compliance with Twitter’s Developer Terms & Conditions - it is important to let you all know that the forked repository will also be a violation of Twitter's Developer Terms & Conditions. The owner of the repositories (Even Forks) will be responsible for sharing this data publically and will be in violation.

Hence, I am again requesting you to delete your forked repository of this dataset which was created before 5th September 2020. Hope you can understand the issue. Please respond as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanking You Yasin Kabir

@edusic thank you for your response. I would appreciate it that you will contact your previous company. However, as you have access or if you are the owner of this repository then I believe the responsibility is up to you. Can you please make the repository private and later delete it after communicating with your previous company? Because if you keep it public someone new might fork it again.

Thanks again for your response. I really appreciate it.

Best Regards Yasin Kabir
