My Account shows some 'Offset:.... ' error #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added one item to cart... went my cart... clicked 'check out'.
2. It asked my credentials... i clicked on 'forget password' and got my new 
password on mail... after login I again went to 'My Account'
3. Here I found the error message, which is attached herewith.
