A small fix on the typos majorly

[x] Pick a markdown file from any of the years folders
[x] Headers should be prefixed with #
[x] Some have no headers. You can get the header from the name of the file in sentence case
[x] The sub-headings with the pattern "PART [num]", such as "PART 1" need to be prefixed with ##
[x] The list formatting might need some work too
[x] When done with a file, please comment with a link to it on your fork
