How install INA219 #19

I have a raspberry pi0 that has installed and configured an INA29 sensor and I want to integrate it into HomeAssistant.HomeAsisstant runs from another raspberry pi4 in Portainer and I cannot enter from Portainer to ssh for plugin integration. What can I do in this case? Thanks!
