Options should be made available in properties file for executable jar #43

The executable jar version of legstar-cob2xsd takes all its parameters as 
command line options.

The problem is that there are many parameters. It would be easier for users to 
have access to a properties file in order to configure the generator and reduce 
the command line options to the strict minimum.
