Add device name to popup notification #161

i use multiple device with android. It's possible to have device name in the 
popup?
You can also use (but only in bluetooth connection) the device name coming from 
bluetooth connection.

Committed changes to svn, right now I'm suggesting "My Android" for device name 
in UI, maybe we can make the android app send the values of 
android.os.Build.MANUFACTURER and android.os.Build.MODEL in ping notifications 
for a better suggestion.

I think he just wants to show the name that you enter on the desktop app for a 
device, after you pair with it.

Yes, that's what I'm doing, but I'd like to suggest the device name in the 
input field, something like "Nexus One", the user can edit the name, it's just 
a suggestion and some kind of validation too, he is able to confirm that he is 
pairing with a Nexus One in this case.
