You also have to move the services to new PSC after repointing vCenter. This is also missing in official VMware KB

What if the principal site is victim of a disaster?
should you configure another PSC hosted in the DR site? in this case is there any KB or guide you can suggest me?

You can make them HA, but you need to use a load balancer: https://kb.vmware.com/selfs...

First command gives me error
