I was trying to contact you regarding your HomeBridge plugin but due to changes on X you can no longer easily DM someone to contact them @mylesagray

Happy to discuss here, I’ve deprecated my HB BlueAir plugin, it’s been superseded by a platform based plugin that I reference in the repo. On Fri, Jan 19, 2024 at 16:05, simplytoast1 @.***> wrote:

Thanks for the reply! The Homebridge organization would like to adopt that repo if you want to transfer it to @ donavanbecker as the other plugin has also moved to an unmaintained status. This way they can merge the forked changes and continue maintaining.

Not sure how transferring the repo to another individual solves the problem?

Is there an issue with them forking the repo and just maintaining their fork? I am happy to redirect my repo to a newly maintained fork if there is one.

I would expect if the "homebridge organisation" wanted to adopt it, it would be hosted on a github.com/homebridge repo

That you for the reply... I am the person relaying information a bit but I think the logic is that since people have the plugin installed and the other has moved to abandonware everything can be merged in under your plugin and people will get the updates.

And that would be correct with the destination repo.

You can send it to this organization: https://github.com/homebridge-plugins/Info
