[x] Design and Structure App Scaffold: (5 Hours ETA - 75$)
Design and Implement AppBar,
Design and Implement TabBar
Implement Tabs inside app Scaffold
[x] Implement Navigation: ( 8 Hours ETA - 120$)
Add corresponding router configuration
Add Boilerplate Code for handling navigation.
Implement all App Screens into the router configuration
