This seems to be related to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937135, follow the 
steps for resolution and this should fix your issue

fixed by downgrading .NET Framework from 4.0 to 3.5

Interesting, if you do need a higher version of .NET, 4.5 will also probably 
work.
