Rebuke of the Vaal crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over a Rebuke of the Vaal
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the expected output is the normal stats window for the item, instead the 
program crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.0.0 on Windows 7 64 bit

Please attach your debuglog, and also the .bin file for the tab/character that 
has the item if you can.

This has been fixed, will be included in Procurement 1.1.0.

The issue was that Procurement didn't know what color to display the chaos 
damage text as (When the code was written there were no uniques with chaos 
damage!)
