Implement cursor-positioning when editing an item's buyout #135

- View the stash
- Right-click an item

Currently, an editable field opens.  The user must click within it, and then 
they can type.

I recommend:

1) Highlight the contents of that new editable area.
2) Position the cursor within it.

This will let a user much more quickly edit or copy-paste values.

The UI for this is going to change in the next release, will keep your 
useability suggestions in mind.
