Implement verbose buyouts #137

There is currently a {Buyouts} forum template.

It generates a list of items with their buyout beside them.

This feature request is to have additional information automatically placed 
alongside the usual image and buyout text.  Perhaps {BuyoutsVerbose}.

That additional information would be automatically-generated, and would include 
at least the item's name.

In my mind, it is a serious problem to find an item in a post.  Being able to 
control-f in my web browser and type an item's name would be a big help.

This feature also opens up the possibility of giving more advanced information 
like average dps, ES/EV/AR values, noting items which are double/triple 
resists, etc.

If {BuyoutsWithComments} is implemented:

.. and this {BuyoutsVerbose} feature request is also implemented, then some 
sort of {BuyoutsVerboseWithComments} would probably be a good idea.

This has actually already been done in code, and will be included in the next 
version. I will detail how it all works in the release post and wiki.
