Cannot scroll stash tab dropdown list #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a butt-ton (metric) of stash tabs
2. Try to select the last one
3. Fail

Notes: I have 30+ tabs.

I'll get this sorted for the next release, I hadn't realised that the scroller 
for the dropdown is not displaying.

I am not sure if this was still slated for the next release but I don't see a 
scroll bar on the stash tab dropdown still. (50+ tabs)

This has been added, and will be released with 1.3.0 !
