UI Freezes when clicking on the stash button in the top menu #149

Hi, 

The work that is done when the stash button is clicked is beeing done in the UI 
thread. im guessing that a lot of people might think the soft has crashed and 
kill it. 

Im sure its not too hard to change this.

This is going to be addressed in the new few releases.
