It seems to be connection related issue, the connection to the GGG servers was
closed.

Please try deleting the folder that was created with your email address (but
leave the common folder) and try again.

I deleted the folder and tried again but got the same error. Here's the log
when I try clicking "offline". Seems to be a bit different.

When you tried to login again, how far did it get? Did it manage to download
any of your character inventory or any stash tabs?

The error you're seeing in the offline log is due to characters/stash tabs not
downloading properly, so it tries to load them and then crashes due to being
invalid.

Found the issue!

I just noticed after you said to check how far it got that the last thing it
tried to load was my default stash tabs.

I haven't set foot in default since the wipe and technically didn't have an
actual stash there.

I loaded up one of the level 1 characters, got him to the stash and dropped a
few items in for good measure. Then I re-ran procurement, deleting the folder
again first, and it worked! :D

Awesome, thanks for tracking this down!

We'll have to add this to the FAQ/Known issues, and will try see if we can find
a way to handle it in Procurement.
