The rpgram won't go further than the login page

Error occured while downloading stash info from hardcore league

This error is because Procurement is getting empty data back from 
pathofexile.com, have you tried again after getting the error?

Do you have any characters in a league where you haven't run to the first town, 
or any old race characters?

I had this problem as well. After reading Stickymaddness note, I deleted a race 
character that became a hardcore character and that immediately allowed me to 
login properly.
