the exe file just wont open #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.attempting to open with standard double click 
2.attempting to run as admin 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for the program to open. the windows explorer window flickers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

im using windows 8.1

1.) Download 1.1.2, 1.1.1 will no longer work.
2.) Make sure you have .NET 4.5 installed
