Race stash tabs interfering with tab loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least one remove only race tab
2. Attempt to selectively load a tab
3. Output store code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Working store code
Instead: Stash location is offset by number of race tabs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1 / Windows 7
