[Feature Request] Currency Breakdown #167

Could you include the option to select a few different websites that deal with 
currency exchange rates under Settings? That way instead of manually entering 
the values, users could select the website from a dropdown menu and it would 
load the values. An example site: http://www.poeex.info/index/index/table/3

We originally had started working on this, but ended up removing the 
functionality due to concerns with Procurement connecting to websites other 
than pathofexile.com
