Unhandled Error causing Procurement not to launch #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to run procurement

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Program to run, There was an unhandled error - sorry! Please send the 
debuginfo.log to one of us devs:)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.0.5b on windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

Is this your first time logging into Procurement, or an existing install? If an 
existing install, please download a new copy into a new folder and try login 
again.

Actually, this might be due to the new eternal orb. Do you have one in your 
stash by any chance? We are fixing this in the next release!
